Her Story:
I have started practising Yoga for 3 years. Dickson has been teaching me for almost 3 years. Yoga exercise improves my health and body shape.
I was pregnant last August. I have kept practising yoga. I will deliver my baby in May. After that, I plan to continue my yoga two months after my delivery. Yoga stretching exercise is very good for the preparation of delivery. I do not have back pain so far. I believe that it will help during my labour process.
Since I am pregnant, my husband joins me for the yoga exercise. He becomes my partner and a yoga lover as well! |
