Her Story:
I've played Golf for over 15 years. 8 year ago I hurt my lumbar spine, and all muscles on my left side stiffened, I could not twist or turn to the left by much. To be able to follow through is of prime importance in playing Golf, this is how the golf ball can reach far. So from that day on, my golf ball had no distance. As I could not rely on my lumbar spine, I sole relied on my arms to perform the swing and hit, and then I got tennis elbows too. I had to do a full body massage every week to be OK.
One year ago, I started taking Dickson's private yoga classes, and there's been huge improvement in the flexibility of my waist and lumbar spine. I can twist and turn to the left and perform follow through once again. My golf ball now resumes the distance I used to accomplish. This photo is taken recently after I have recovered from my lumbar problems! |
