Never have we been so obsessed with a particular hobby!

Never has my husband understood the joy of yoga until Master Dickson teaches him!

Ever since we have started our courses at Dickson Yoga, yoga becomes a routine every week. What makes Dickson Yoga unique from other similar courses is not just the challenging poses we have to master or the close guidance given by all instructors, but also the pair work which adds more fun and colours to the programme. Sometimes, I might burst out laughing when I see my husband struggling with a pose in front of the mirror or I am impressed by how far he can stretch his body for butterfly. It is also wonderful to see that we are both making progress together and we share a common hobby which has made our daily life more enjoyable. We come to understand each other more and discover our potentials in yoga.
