What is Martial Arts Dance?
This fun and exciting class is perfect for those with limited dancing and martial arts background. Other than basic martial arts and hip hop movements, teens and adults will also learn some self-defense techniques. The class has a relaxed and friendly atmosphere, yet it is energetic and includes aerobic exercises. The combination of martial arts and hip hop helps to strengthen body, and promote FAT BURNING!!! Participants will gain confidence and develop musical senses as they learn the latest moves to popular hip-hop tracks. In order to experience the traditional Chinese Kung Fu fully, each class finishes with some relaxing tai chi moves and meditation.
