Dickson Yoga is into its 21st year. A Hong Kong Yoga brand for HongKongers! Our flagship store is in Jordan at the entire 3/F of Chuang’s London Plaza, with around 7,000 sq. fee. Apart from offering yoga classes, it consists of a fully equipped gym and provides also facial and massage services. We also have another shop of 3,000 sq feet at Legend Tower Kwun Tong. Both are close to MTR stations, located at convenient sites. Both centres offer over 150 yoga/dance/fitness classes a week in total, with different themes to suit your needs. All are fun, creative and super effective.
We also exclusively offer Yoga Alliance International Accredited 200/500/800/100/1200/1500 hours Yoga Instructor Training Programme and a series of Short term Value Added Theme Instructor Pogrammes which can be completed in 1-2 weeks. These Instructor Programmes are tailored for you who wish to build a yoga career or wish to learn more about yoga philosophy and yoga way of life. It is a transcending experience for mind, body and soul! We are also the first to introduce flexi training hours so that you can complete the programme at your own pace. Our programmes have already trained a lot of professionals in the field with outstanding feedback. Some of them have even started their own yoga studios!
