Yoga is an exercise which requires the coordination of mind and body. Many years ago, I came across some yoga books. The beautiful postures and the breathing techniques drew my attention and aroused my interest in yoga. Later I learnt yoga from Dickson and became become part of his instructor team. Yoga is truly beneficial. It helps blood circulation and clears the brain. The yoga postures relax my joints. I have learnt yoga for many years and it has brought me a lot of changes, physically from weak to strong, mentally achieving peace of mind and tones my skin. I hope I can share these benefits with my students. I hope to promote yoga and help my students live a healthy and perfect life.
