I am Tan Leung. I learned Kung Fu since childhood and have practiced different kinds of martial arts such as Karate, Taekwondo, Chinse Kung Fu and Thai Boxing. I have been to Thailand to learn Thai boxing and have then participated in numerous boxing matches in Hong Kong. A couple of years later, I started to learn dancing, yoga and pilates as well and became a fitness instructor. I have taught at different corporations and is very experienced. And by combining yoga with the kung fu I have learnt and also with American style kickboxing, I finally developed my own style of kickboxing yoga!
