Movement has always been sacred to me. I had my first yoga class in Vancouver, and felt in love with its powerful yet beautiful movements. Regular practice has strengthened and sharpened my body and mind, which bring joyfulness and satisfaction to my life and things around. I advocate natural health practice with the appropriate human anatomy, combine fundamental and challenging movements with the emphasis of alignment, breathing, body consciousness, and allow students to find health, peace, and happiness within.
