PRIVATE YOGA
More Private Yoga rooms available at the new Dickson Yoga. All rooms equipped with Hanuman facilities for inversion practice. You should especially consider learning yoga one-on-one if you have prior injuries which impair your exercise ability or flexibility, if you wish a speedy flexibility or technique upgrade, if you wish to focus working on a specific part of your body, if you are pregnant, or if you just wish privacy. Couples Yoga and Small Group Yoga available too.
SPA
Our spa room is equipped with a OxySpa cabin which helps inject oxygen which means nutrition to your cells. You just lie inside the ergonomically designed cabin and relax, then with gradual heating, you will be brought to a full sweat and the oxygen released from the cabin can easily penetrate inside your body. This is good for detox, de-stress, skin purification and alleviation of pain and fatigue spots. Aside from the OxySpa, you can also enjoy aroma bath, back rub, back treatment and Swedish massage in this private spa room.
FACIAL AND MASSAGE
More rooms available and more equipment installed to enhance the facial and massage experience. Firstly, there will be aroma dispensers in each room to set the mood. Then there are steel bars at ceilings as support for masseuse to perform "step on back" massage. Each room is also equipped with TV for your personal entertainment. You will also note that there are Hanuman facilities installed in each room. This is for practicing of inversion massage, i.e enjoying the massage upside down. For ladies, you can also try inversion bust treatment. The uplifting and firming effect is more prominent and lasting if you do it inverted.
