Hot Yoga

Experience Real Yoga that FEEL So Good

We are first to introduce hot yoga at 32°C. You get the benefits of higher flexibility, faster circulation & full sweating under heat and yet it's safer and easier to adapt than traditional 38°C hot yoga.

Safety & Adaptability Heat set at the right threshold, equivalent to a Hong Kong hot summer day, not unbearably hot, but enough for a good sweat. Those with a weaker physique may find it difficult to adapt. Stuffy & suffocating, may feel dizzy or heart strain.
Poses Variation Big variety of poses from chain series, intensive stretches, twists to partner poses. Fixed 26 poses combination
(mostly balancing poses)
Slimming Effect Not limited to weight loss. Stretches and twists detox and perfects body line. Slimming effect is also more long lasting. Lose water hence lose weight through heavy sweating. Little body toning effect, weight easily bounces back.
Practice Environment Not too hot, and not too wet. Can handle most poses. Natural sweating with body movement. Body too wet, mat too slippery. Can handle simple poses only. Suffocating and hard to breathe when movement is intensive.
