Private Yoga

One on one or in groups of 2-4. Specially design for you a yoga program based on your needs and level to achieve the best results. Concentrate working on your weak spots, greatly and speedily enhances your flexibility and yoga techniques. You set your own schedule and decide your own learning pace - super flexible!


If you have injuries, is pregnant, too inflexible that you can't follow even the most basic classes, or too flexible that you don't have any feel in most yoga classes, you can give private yoga a try.

Our private yoga is also special because:

  1. Unlike most yoga centres which ask you what you want in class, our instructors ask you to trust them to decide for you what's best, based on their evaluation of your strengths, weakness and body reactions.
  2. Encourages and pushes you to give a little more for each yoga pose, stretch further, twist more, very soon you will be proud of your own improvement.
  3. Practise poses not always taught in group classes, full attention along the way to adjust and upgrade your poses, so that you get the best yoga results.
  4. Partner poses with the instructor. While you relax, the instructor helps you open joints, stretch tendons, and alleviate your back and thoracic spine. It's definitely a wonderful feel exceeding that of a Thai Massage.
  5. Each class is unique. It's creative and fun.
