GRAND HANUMAN WALL
Perhaps the most grandeur Hanuman wall ever in the world for practicing inversion… For those who are not familiar with the term "Hanuman", it's Sanskrit for sacred monkey. Hanuman yoga is mounting yourself on the wall and performing all sorts of stretches and twists inverted, agile like a monkey. The new Hanuman wall is designed for easy mounting even by novice. While you are waiting for your class, or just wanna take a break upside down, just climb up. This wall is free for all members to enjoy inversion anytime.
*Members are strongly advised to take some Hanuman yoga classes first before mounting by yourself on this self-serve wall.
YOGA CLASSROOMS
Our big class rooms are furnished to support Hot Yoga, Fra-Infra Red Yoga, Hanuman and Flying Yoga. We are the only one studio in the market which provide double mat for each student.* This to ensure every student get ample space for their movements and stretches Every seat is equipped with yoga blocks and strings which are props for enhancing yoga effects. We offer a variety of yoga classes of different styles to suit your needs. E.g. for slimming and for energy boosting, we have the Full Body Sculpt class; for alleviation of spinal pain, insomnia, indigestion, we have the City Ailment Therapeutic class; for inversion we have the Hanuman Yoga and Flying Yoga, for relaxation we have the 32。C Aroma……. A new type of Yoga which we will be introducing shortly is the "Pole Yoga" . Watch out for it!

FOOT MASSAGE THERAPY CHAMBER
A dedicated enclosed corner for total relaxation. While enjoying the professional foot massage service by experienced masters, you can rest upon specially designed ergonomic sofa bed at your desired inclination and enjoy TV, surf web or just doze off. All foot massage services will include a foot spa with selected herbs / Chinese medicine in mildly acidic water to maximize the therapeutic / relaxation / detox effect whichever is your priority. A complimentary health drink to end the session as well so that you will definitely leave the bed totally rejuvenated! We offer sole foot spa and foot trimming service as well.
SAUNA / STEAM / FAR-INFRA RED ROOM
Choice of sauna / steam / Far-infra red as pre-yoga warm up or post-yoga relaxation in the changing rooms. These services are totally complimentary for our members. The rooms imported from Finland have been enlarged and upgraded to accommodate more people and bring the most comfort. You can even enjoy TV while indulging in your sauna or far-infrared bath. Steam bath is quickest in warming you up and opening your pores, and keeps your skin moist. Sauna is dryer but the heat is easier to adapt and sweat comes gradually, best if you have more time and wish to relax for a while. Fra-infra red has extra impact of relaxing muscles, building collagen and strengthening the immune system. Your call which suits your needs!
SHOWER ROOM
This is not just any shower. You probably will query what wonders can be added to a shower? Well, firstly we have installed special filter to turn water into "soft water" removing chlorine and releasing more nutrition. You will feel the water more soothing to the skin. The benefits are more healthy and tender skin. Secondly, we have pebbles in the shower cubicle for you to enjoy DIY foot massage while you are in your shower. Stimulation of the foot acupuncture points will increase blood circulation and bring therapeutic effects to the corresponding reflexiological organ.
And last but not least, we have imported high quality shampoo, conditioner and shower gel from Korea for your complimentary use. This SanDaWha brand uses natural herbal extracts set to nourish and protect skin. The shampoo and conditioner helps improve thinning hair. The Shower gel is a mild ph balanced body wash, gentle for all skin types.
VEGETARIAN KITCHEN
Our Vegetarian Bar has been upgraded to a full service Vegetarian Kitchen. There will be more choices of food and beverages, including coffee, taiwanese coolers, vege dim sum , pastries and desserts. You can order a private vege party with us too. We provide a private room enough to accommodate a party of 12.
DRINKING WATER
We have been providing R.O. (Reverse Osmosis) water for many years, which is the state of the art methodology for purifying drinking water. So what's special this time? Well, this time the R.O. drinking machine will come with an Alkaline enhancer to upgrade the alkaline level of water to PH 8. So the water is not just pure but extra healthy. Unprocessed drinking water is normally at PH 7. Now after upgrading to PH 8, the water is more geared to the desired alkaline level of the human body. An alkaline balance increases our body's ability to absorb minerals & nutrients and to repair damaged cells & detoxify heavy metals. It also makes tumor cells decease, and the body is less susceptible to fatigue & illness. So fill your drinking bottles and drink more of this healthy water!
