Patsy started her ballet training at the age of three, was qualified by the Royal Academy of Dance with an Elementary Level in 1991. She practiced jazz and modern dance after moving to San Francisco, USA in 1993, started teaching part time at the Millbrae Dance Academy while studying at the California College of Arts for her Bachelor Degree in Illustration. Been a Scenic Painter at the Royal London Opera House UK, Characters Head Painter at Disney World Florida USA, Scenic Artist of Hong Kong Disney. Art Director of The Palette Mural Company.

She had her first yoga lesson in Perth, Australia, while she was at her vocational visit held by Rotary HK in 2005. She was in love with yoga since then, practiced Bikram Yoga after returning Hong Kong. In 2008, she started her teacher training with her inspiring gurus Master Dickson Lau and Jessica Lam. In 2010, Patsy spent a summer practiced at Yyoga Vancouver, Canada. She is a 500-hour certified advance teacher, and a certified post & prenatal yoga teacher.

She is always thankful to Master Yogananth, Master Yogaraj CP and few other gurus that actually opened the door of yoga for her to enter. Patsy taught several yoga workshops at City University HK. Now teaches Hot Yoga, Yin Yoga, Aroma Detox Yoga, City Ailment Therapy, Post & Prenatal Yoga at Dickson Yoga in English and Cantonese. She is also the Ambassador of Easyoga, frequently teaches workshops and charity classes. Patsy believes everyone could be a better person through yoga practice. The greatest happiness is leading her students to seek their connection of body and soul, live with a healthier life, think with a positive mind.
